Well, the best chance for us to see Skate 4 would have been at E3 2018.

What we know so far is that Anthem is a shared-world action-RPG, which features Freelancers-the bold few with the courage to leave civilization behind, explore a landscape of primeval beauty, and confront the dangers within it.

The highly anticipated action title is set for release on February 22, 2019 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.

This will mean teaming up with three other players, wielding an arsenal of Javelin exosuits, each equipped with unique weapons and abilities.

Two weeks after its initial reveal, EA finally gave fans their first look at the game's multiplayer mode. Combat shown, in which a team of Javelins took flight and soared, swam, and shot their way to a poisonous enemy, combined the third-person sci-fi shooter aesthetic of the Mass Effect franchise with some class-based shooter vibes a la Destiny.

Warner replied: "Yeah we'll have a beta!" The game can be played entirely in co-op, but most excitingly, it's out right now on PC, PS4 and Xbox One.

It's unclear whether the Anthem beta period will be an open beta or a closed beta.

One of the big questions about Anthem has always been how BioWare will fit its usual penchant for grand, player-centric stories into a multiplayer-focused experience.

If indeed a beta is being planned for Anthem, it's likely that it won't arrive until late 2018, or perhaps even early 2019.

EA brought Anthem lead writer Cathleen Rootsaert on stage at E3 to discuss Anthem's story, and she revealed that the game is being built so that BioWare can potentially add new story content for "years to come". Of course not! NBA Live will be released on September 7 this year and from what we can see from this trailer it's going to be the most impressive release in the series yet. With all the hype fans had at just the thought of a new Skate game, it seems weird EA hasn't said anything at all. GOOOOOAAAAAL! This comes alongside a free trial of Federation Internationale de Football Association 18 on all platforms, so you can get in and play the World Cup stuff for free right now.
