Destiny 2 Warmind, the second expansion to the famous Bungie sci-fi shooter, is launching tomorrow and with it a big bunch of new content. It will have the guardians heading back to Mars to explore the thawing ice caps and take on the Hive army.

Bungie says this might have something to do with licenses, adding on their official Twitter channel: "Console players that purchased the Season Pass may need to activate their licenses for the Warmind expansion to enable access to the content". The shared-world FPS brings more to the table with additional maps, conquests, Exotics, and an all-new boss-not to mention ranked matches for The Crucible. There's also a new vendor space called Braytech Futurescape and a co-op mode called Escalation Protocol where players will face waves of enemies. Unlike other Public Events, which start on their own schedule, Escalation Protocol can be started manually by players-but doing so first requires you to finish the Warmind campaign.

Although not available out of the gate, a new Raid Lair titled "Spire of Stars" opens up this Friday, May 11.
