Philadelphia Eagles Cornerback Daryl Worley Arrested This Morning

The 23-year-old cornerback was reportedly arrested in the Philadelphia area.

The Eagles on Sunday confirmed Worley's arrest and issued a statement that read, "We are in the process of gathering more information about Daryl Worley's arrest this morning".

- Recently acquired Philadelphia Eagle Daryl Worley was arrested overnight, NFL Network reports. That's when police arrived and a confrontation unfolded, according to the report.

Coming out of college at West Virginia, Worley had character concerns, in that he missed a bowl game for academic reasons, and had an off-the-field incident in which he was accused of assaulting a female.
