'You made our night': Officers write ticket for vehicle made of snow

Simon Laprise, a 33-year-old artist and machinist, posted photos of the "car" on his Facebook page, saying he hoped to trick the snow removal guys with his creation.

Laprise, whose Facebook profile lists interests including 3D drawings, design, welding and mechanical engineering, told Buzzfeed that all the messages he's been getting froze his computer.

A man in Canada fooled officers with his "Back to the Future" auto made out of snow.

Laprise's finishing touch was masterfully placing a reject windshield wiper on the car's faux windshield, as if it were the only part of the vehicle left exposed.

A Canadian artist decided to make light of a cold situation in the country when he played a trick on snow removers and received the attention of police.

He spent four hours crafting the vehicle into the shape of the DeLorean from Back To The Future in the freezing cold.

The 33-year-old machinist's prank was reportedly plowed clean by Montreal sanitation workers the next day but not before it gave police a amusing story to tell this winter.

"It was a lovely day", Laprise told Vice.
