Police Hunting Mississauga Armed Robbery Suspects

Police stated Thursday that a man wanted in connection to a bank robbery is considered armed and risky. After one suspect took out a shotgun, the second went up to the counter, knocked down merchandise, and took the cash register.

He showed a handgun during the robbery, police said.

Then, on Tuesday, December 26, the same two suspects robbed an elderly man in the common area of an apartment building in the 600 block of St. Louis Avenue.

The clerk was the only person in the business at the time of the robbery. No injuries were reported. Troopers searched the area for the suspects, but were unable to locate them. The second suspect is apparently described as wearing dark trousers, a black coat, a gray face mask, a gray hooded sweatshirt, blue latex gloves, and gray shoes or boots.

Police said the suspect is described as a 5'8"-5'10" tall male, with a stocky build and a darker complexion. Anyone with information can contact police at 905-453-2121, ext.
