Bliemester said police believe a body found about 75 miles southwest of Lincoln in rural Clay County is the Lincoln woman who was last seen November 15th near Wilber, Nebraska. The friend said that Loofe told her she was going on a date with a woman she met on Tinder the night before, and that was her last contact with anyone.

Loofe's cell phone was last pinged in Wilber, NE, where one of the two has an apartment.

That statement today from Lincoln Police Chief Jeff Bliemeister in the apparent death of 24-year-old Sydney Loofe. They believe she was a victim of foul play.

Loofe's death comes after multiple agencies, including the F.B.I., assisted in the search.

Authorities have recovered the body of a USA woman whose disappearance after a Tinder date last month triggered a massive search and freakish social media posts from two persons of interest in the tragic mystery.

Trail, 51, and Boswell, 23, live in Wilber but left the state after Loofe went missing. They also accused the police of blowing off their calls.

In the video, which was later uploaded to YouTube, Boswell has her hoodie up and is wearing large sunglasses, and only half of Trail's face can be seen.

Loofe, 24, grew up in Neligh, where her father, George, is the high school principal and her mother, Susie, a resource teacher for the school district.

Bliemeister said the persons of interest remained in custody but had not been charged in the case. After doing so, Boswell said the pair drove around Lincoln, smoking weed before she dropped her back off at her house. They add: 'Our thoughts and prayers are with the Loofe family'. This time, though, they went to Boswell's home, where they smoked more marijuana and she provided Loofe a 1/4-ounce of it, she claims.

Susie Loofe said she knew something when her little girl's feline, Nimzy, was found at her home when she didn't answer to deal with November 16. She also say she gave her date "a quarter ounce of some really good weed". I haven't heard from her since. "We just feel we should get to say our side since everyone else gets to say theirs".

In the same video, Boswell explained that she went out with Loofe twice after meeting her on Tinder. "We have apparently put her into human trafficking and sold her", Trail said sarcastically.

Trail said in the video, "As far as I know, I'm not wanted for anything".

Bliemiester on Tuesday said investigators have explored the claims in the videos extensively. "I wish the family the best..." They both had outstanding warrants on charges unrelated to Loofe's case.
