Mariah was last seen Sunday night when her mother, Kristy Woods, put the girl to bed, according to the sheriff's officeh. "The searches will now shift to a recovery process", the statement said.

Kimrey is being held on a more than one million dollar bond. Deputies did not release any details on how she may have died. She says Kimery, saw the child later that night.

Investigators believe that Mariah is deceased due to evidence gathered throughout the investigation. On Thursday, Miller called on civilians to join law enforcement in the land and air search for 3-year-old Mariah Woods.
