West Ham manager Slaven Bilic makes admission about his future

West Ham manager Slaven Bilic makes admission about his future

"No, yesterday I spread for the ball. There wasn't an bad lot of movement this summer, goalkeeper-wise, so I'm very grateful". It is a fitting visual metaphor for a player looking to take the Premier League by storm for a second time in his career, bruised but unbowed after his cold war with Pep Guardiola.

"Jamo actually said I'd love it here when I spoke to him".

However, the 30-year-old is thankful to West Ham co-owners David Gold and David Sullivan for giving him the chance to play in the Premier League.

Well, now he's back on loan with West Ham and returning, of all places, to Manchester - only this time it's United he's facing.

"The permanent move was going to be hard", Hart said to Sky Sports. I'd like to think it's helped me.

"I did want a permanent move so I could set my life up, but it wasn't to be".

West Ham United boss Slaven Bilic has told Slobodna Dalmacija in his native Croatia that he wanted to sign Sandro Ramirez this summer, but the forward chose a move to Everton instead.

"I come here, with really high demands on my team-mates because I demand a lot of myself".

"I am here to try and help and I am also here to learn, so if everyone has a similar mind set then we have a risky squad".

The England global has again left the Citizens this summer to join West Ham United on loan, and despite ideally wanting a permanent move, Hart has revealed that he can not wait to turn out for the Hammers. "I'm trying to make my point to Gareth Southgate". I want to keep improving no matter where I am and what I'm doing.

"I want to go there on Sunday and win, whatever side of Manchester it is or whatever side of the country it is", he stresses.

Not that Hart is desperate to comb through the wreckage of his relationship with Manchester City. He is looking to move on though and with the World Cup next summer, he needs to be playing and confirming his place as England number one. I'm trying to make my point to Gareth Southgate, they're my coaches, they're the people whose opinions I care about.

However he revealed that he is not losing sleep over his future, saying, "I don't think about it".

Courageous words going into an opener at Manchester United missing some key players, but it is clear that Hart is a victor and that must surely have a positive effect on the team.
