Trump childhood home listed on Airbnb for $725 per night

It seems that way: According to the Times-Ledger, the house appeared recently on the short-term rental site, with a $725/night asking price.

The building, which is within walking distance of the subway, according the listing, contains five bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms. The listing is not affiliated with the White House or the president.

"The kitchen is original and the opulent furnishings represent the style and affluence in which the Trumps would have lived", the listing says.

The five-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom property in Queens is described in an advertisement on lodgings website Airbnb as "the flawless accommodation for a NY vacation".

Trump lived there until he was about 4, when his family moved to another home his father had built nearby.

Staying in the President's former home will set you back $725 a night.

The place can only be rented as a whole at 725 US dollars a night or 13,296 dollars per month.

Newsday reports that the principal of Paramount Realty USA, Misha Hagani, confirmed the listing's authenticity.

In March, Davis sold the Tudor-style home for $2.14 million at auction to an anonymous buyer.

The listing is verified on Airbnb.

So it is not immediately known whether the home was placed on the website by the property owner or a leaseholder.
